Who you're buying from

What you get

A one-time digital download (ZIP file) containing a spreadsheet, editable documents and printable PDFs, as described on the product page. Nothing physical is shipped. There is no subscription.

Price and payment

The price is shown on the product page in US dollars. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Your bank may apply currency conversion fees.

Delivery

The download link appears on screen right after payment. If you have any trouble downloading, email us and we'll send you the file.

Refunds

If you're not happy, email us within 7 days of your purchase and choose: swap it for any other kit in our shop, or get a full refund. No questions asked. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

License

• You may use and edit the files for your own business, for as long as you like.
• You may not resell, share or redistribute the files, or offer them as your own product.

The templates, example prices and service agreement are a starting point, not legal, tax or financial advice. Check them against the rules where you work, and ask a professional if you're unsure.

Liability

We provide the files as they are. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
